Ms. Austin previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of PG&E. Before joining PG&E, Ms. Austin was Senior Vice President and President of Consumer Electronics of Sears Holdings Corporation, previously serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information. Ms. Austin joined Kmart Corporation and, before its merger with Sears, Roebuck, and Co. in 2005, was its Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Applications. Ms. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Trine University.
