Michael Nilsen,

Mr. Nilsen has 30 years of broad utility financial experience, having served as Controller, Treasurer, Vice President Finance, and Director of Finance at National Grid Service Company, National Grid Energy Portfolio Management, KeySpan Energy Investments, KeySpan Energy Development, and the cogeneration & fuel management subsidiaries of The Brooklyn Union Gas Company. He is an honors graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Minerals Engineering and is a graduate fellow of the Colorado School of Mines, where he earned a Master of Science degree in Minerals Finance, specializing in minerals and fuel valuation.
