Mr. Zelkowitz has 40 years of experience as an attorney, executive, and consultant in the utility industry. After twenty years in private practice representing utilities and energy companies, he was General Counsel and then Group President at KeySpan Corporation, before retiring as Executive Vice President of National Grid U.S. Mr. Zelkowitz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
