Patrick M. Hogan,
Chief Operating Officer 

With over 30 years of experience in the utility industry, Mr. Hogan was most recently Senior Vice President of PG&E, responsible for the utility’s electric system. He was previously Vice President of Electric Strategy & Asset Management at PG&E. He oversaw the company’s electric transmission and distribution assets and led the development and deployment of technology into PG&E’s electric system. Before joining PG&E, Mr. Hogan held leadership and officer positions in transmission, distribution, operations, engineering and asset management at B.C. Hydro and Power Authority, National Grid, and Key Span. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University.
